We are seeking a person who understands the importance of Customer Service. You are the first point of contact for a new customer calling in. Are you warm and friendly, can you put them at ease in the first call? Do you feel comfortable placing calls to the customer regarding updates? Can you listen patiently if they want to tell you about their life, just because they need to connect with another human? Can you make them laugh? We're serious about our Customer Service!
There will also be various administrative tasks involved. We are a team in this office. Everyone is important. We are a small, but growing business and responsibilities are sometimes moved around to make things run smoothly.

JOB DUTIES:
Answer calls of course, place calls when necessary, send texts when needed. Make scheduling calls for roofing, siding, gutters and repairs.
There's plenty of admin things to be done when you're not busy with phone calls. If you can learn, we can teach. Requires basic office skills and experience. If you want more work to stay busy, just ask! The office staff is a team, we're all in it together. One job title is not more important than another. We like to find what box you fit in, and wrap you up to be successful.
